Q: Do I need to have experience with healing or breathwork?

A: No prior experience is needed. These sessions are fully guided (online or in person) and tailored to where you are right now — whether you’ve done deep healing work before or you’re just beginning.

Q: Can I choose the session type after speaking with you?

A: Yes, absolutely. If you're unsure which option is best, you can message us first. We’ll feel into it together and help you choose the session that’s most aligned with your current needs and intentions.

Q: Are online sessions as effective as in-person?

A: You don’t need to be in the same room—or even the same continent—for profound healing to happen. Star Magic’s distance healing sessions work across timelines, frequencies, and dimensions. Our facilitators access the quantum field where space and time collapse, allowing them to connect directly with your energetic blueprint—no matter where you are in the world.

Q: How do I prepare before a session?

A: Depending on the session you book, you’ll receive specific instructions to help you prepare.

In general, we suggest:

• Being on an empty or light stomach

• Wearing comfortable clothes

• Preparing a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

• Taking time before and after the session to ground, reflect, and integrate

Creating this sacred space around your session allows you to receive more deeply and honor your healing process.

Q: What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?

A: Your booking is a commitment to yourself and to the energetic space we prepare for you.

Sessions are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel, fail to show up, or are not available to receive your session at the scheduled time without informing us at least 48 hours in advance, your session is considered used and cannot be rescheduled.

This policy is in place to honor the time, energy, and commitment involved — both yours and ours.

Q: Can I come with a friend/partner?

A: Our private sessions are designed for one person at a time, to allow deep, focused work. If you're interested in a duo or couple session, feel free to reach out — we can explore creating a customized experience for both of you.

Q: Do you provide support after the session for intagration?

A: Yes. After your session, you’ll receive personalized recommendations for integration (as a form of a voice note or at the end of the call). You’re also welcome to message us if anything arises later — we’re here to support your process.

Q: What languages do you offer the sessions in? (zoom & in-person)

A: Sessions are offered in English. Frida also speaks Swedish, Anthony also speaks French.
