2) PREPARATION PRACTICE

Kundalini Meditation

This beautiful process includes 4 stages, each connecting you to a different dimension of your energy.

If you fully commit to it, with an open mind, it can transform you very quickly. Many participants have shared that it has been a powerful catalyst for personal growth.

Instructions & Music

This practice must be done daily for at least 15 days for optimal results. Then, you can continue as long as you wish, depending on how you feel. Many people feel intense effects immediately.

Warning: if you have a medical issue, physical limitations or are pregnant, do not attempt this meditation. You can instead try visualization (without the movement stages) or Gibberish meditation. In case of doubt, consult a health professional.

Total duration: 1 hour, with music specially created by OSHO. You can listen to or download it for free below:

The process goes like this:

  • 15 minutes of shaking

  • 15 minutes of dancing

  • 15 minutes of sitting still

  • 15 minutes lying down on the floor to integrate the energies

The music will change at each stage to guide you. The last 15 minutes are in silence, followed by a final gong signaling the end of the meditation. Then, slowly come back to yourself at your own pace.

Following the full 1-hour audio version is highly recommended, it has been very precisely designed.

If, for health reasons, you cannot do the full session, you can start with shorter sessions using alternative music approved by Satya Ji:

Then continue with sitting still, then lying down.

Step 1: Find a private space where you won’t be disturbed.

Privacy helps you let go completely. Keep your eyes closed throughout the process.

Step 2: Close your eyes.


Firmly anchor your feet to the ground, start bouncing gently by bending and unbending your knees. Feel your feet press into the earth while the energy rises in your body.

Begin to shake your arms, your hips, your shoulders.

THE SECRET TO ACTIVATING YOUR ENERGY, YOUR KUNDALINI, YOUR CREATIVITY: IS TO BE TOTAL IN THE SHAKING.

GIVE EVERYTHING. DON’T BE AFRAID.
When your body starts to “go wild”, your mind will panic.
But it’s not madness, it’s your inner animal awakening.
And this animal is your true strength, your ally.

Don’t hold back.
Give yourself the freedom to be wild, to create, to express your inner feminine.
Support this energy. Don’t be a controlling masculine mind.
Don’t think about others.
Give yourself a real chance.

Release everything that has been repressed and stored for years.

If you really do it, you will transform your life, your mind, your attitude.
You will never fall into depression or confusion again.

Strong emotions may arise. Don’t judge them. Don’t hurt anyone. Let them out.

Step 3: Dance.


Make shapes with your arms, let your body express its creativity. Keep your eyes closed, listen to what the energy wants to do, follow its flow, and stay with it.

Your mind might judge your movements or try to make them “acceptable” or “beautiful”. Ignore that. Dance freely. You’re not performing.

Step 4: Sit comfortably, cross-legged (put a cushion if needed).


Become completely still, like a rock.
Give a clear command to your body: do not move. No swaying, no scratching, no slumping.
Simply observe everything that’s happening. Your breath, your thoughts, the energy flow.
If you get distracted, come back to the intention of stillness.

Step 5: Lie down, stay completely relaxed.


Let go of all effort and let your energy settle completely.

In the context of the session, this is where it begins.

If you started the practice 1 hour before your appointment time, the 3 bell sounds at the end will mark the beginning of the session.

Stay in the same position, and breathe deeply through your nose throughout.

🔑 TOTALITY

Totality is the key to creativity, success, and spirituality.
In truth, you only live fully when you are total.

To be total is to become the action itself, to be a pure flow of energy, without interruption from the mind.
You then connect to the whole, to the pure vibration of life.

This is what you feel as joy, intensity, ecstasy.
You are connected to the cosmic database.

This experience of total presence is:

  • creativity,

  • orgasm,

  • non-duality,

  • meditation,

  • samadhi.

It is not an idea, but a living experience of your energy, a wave in the cosmic field.

What prevents this joy? Your mind. It conceptualizes everything.
But life is constant movement.

Shaking can give you a glimpse of this totality, like an endless orgasm.
It initiates you into higher levels of consciousness.
Once tasted, this experience will haunt you — you will no longer be satisfied with a mentally constricted life.

This totality is your true inner master, your guru.

🔥 Put all your energy into the 15 minutes of shaking.
It’s not that long to transform a life.

Taste this intensity.
This “cosmic beast” within you is the real life force.
Don’t fear it.
It will increase your power, your vitality.

Then, you’ll be able to apply this totality to everything.
And your life will become a celebration of the electric universe.

Shaking is an ancient spiritual tool.

It has been used to awaken Kundalini, to heal illnesses, even serious ones.

Shake your legs, your spine, your arms...

The most important thing is to break your comfort barrier.
That breaking point is what will transform you.

When you begin to shake, you might feel:

  • fear,

  • pain,

  • heat...

You’ll want to stop.
Don’t listen to this half-engaged mind.

Don’t stop. Keep shaking with your whole being.
You might cry, get angry — it’s a good sign.
Let what’s repressed come out.

🧘 While dancing, be creative and expressive.
Make shapes with your arms, let your heart open.

Shaking activates your life force (legs).
Dancing opens expression (arms, hands, heart).

Sitting still draws the activated energy up to the third eye — it becomes silence, meditation.

Roots → movement → flower of silence.

Shaking = melting frozen energy.
Dancing = expression.
Stillness = elevation.

✨ When you go through pain consciously, you heal karmic patterns.

It’s an ancient yogic path: facing mental fears and moving through them.

⚠️ DO NOT CHEAT ON THE STILLNESS STAGE

It is the most important to integrate the energy.

Usually, we scatter ourselves, but don’t know how to gather ourselves.

Stay still like a rock, even if it’s uncomfortable.

This contrast between intense activity and total stillness is the key to your energetic understanding.

It creates inner strength, a trust in your will.

Don’t break this promise of stillness.
Otherwise, it becomes a mental habit not to keep your decisions.

Stillness is the blank page on which you write your movements.

In stillness, energy can circulate, heal, repair.
The still body becomes its own therapist.

Be present, in your bodily feeling, not in the mind.

🔚 The final step (lying down) teaches you death and letting go.

That’s where you meet your fear of inaction, emptiness, silence.

But deep down, all these experiences are just games of the mind.

Emptiness, the void, is the source of renewal.

Surrender to Shakti, by lying down at the end.
Don’t try to accumulate “spiritual experiences”.

Instead, learn to enjoy letting go.

The void gives birth to new cycles.
If you get attached to them, you’ll suffer their loss.
